wamp本地安装phpwind问题：‘RewriteEngine’

一、问题出现的现象：

1、http://localhost/phpwind_v9.0_utf8/upload/install.php显示。

2、apache错误文件httpd.conf显示：

.htaccess: Invalid command 'RewriteEngine', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

二、解决方法：

左击--配置文件--httpd.conf--去掉#----重新启动apache--http://localhost/phpwind_v9.0_utf8/upload/install.php 成功。
